Carol started painting with pastels about 20 years ago. She is a self taught artist who has taken numerous classes and workshops in Calgary and Lethbridge. She works in pastels, watercolor and acrylics as well as experimenting in many other mediums.She is delving into the world of abstract painting
Carol has participated in several group exhibitions through the Lethbridge Artists Club at Casa, The Yates Center, Picture Butte Gallery, the Helen Schuler Nature Center, the Lethbridge Public Library, the Galt Museum, Nikko Yuka Gardens, Art Walk and the Faces of Distinction portrait project.
Many of her paintings are in private collections. Carol has done several portrait commissions and is available for any commission.
Carol has been a member of the Lethbridge Artists Club for over 10 years and has held several board positions.
